How does it all work?
We will meet with you at your home to chat about what staging you would like. This is a free, no obligation consultation. We’ll send through our quote the same day.
If you accept, we will liaise with your real estate agent to stage your home in time for photographs to be taken. It usually takes us 3-4 hours to stage a three-bedroom home.
We’ll remove the staging at the end of the hire period (or sooner if your home sells before then).

How much notice do you need to stage my home?
It’s nice to have a week or so between our first meeting and the staging date, but if you’re on a tight time frame, we can get the job done.
Do I have to move out of my home while it is staged?
No! We will happily stage your home while you and your family continue to live there. And we’ll pop back before each open home to help you make everything look just right.
Do you stage empty homes?
Yes, absolutely.
Who is responsible for the goods while they are in my home?
You are responsible for the goods while they are in your home.
How long will my home be staged for?
For the minimum hire period agreed e.g. five weeks.
What if my home sells before the minimum hire period is up?
We will arrange a time with you to remove the goods. Our fee for the minimum hire period is non-refundable.
What if my home hasn’t sold in the minimum hire period?
Subject to availability of the goods used to stage your home, you may extend the hire period on a week by week basis.
