Why stage your home?
There’s plenty of reasons to stage your home rather than try to sell it with no furniture in it:
- photographs of an empty house may not encourage buyers to come to the open home,
- an empty room may look small,
- and doesn’t show a buyer how the space can be used,
- without furniture, there is nothing to focus on but the bare walls and floor,
- and a buyer may find it hard to emotionally connect to the home,
- selling the house whilst empty may affect how long it takes to sell and the purchase price.
